Almost All Juicing…the saga continues
Well since Feb 1st I’m down 13lbs. Not bad for 27 days. It’s about 3lbs a week which is aggressive but not unhealthy. I never thought I’d be satisfied with juicing being such a major part of my daily meals. I’ve also tried to start doing some other things too. For instance, I stop 1/2 way through my “real”meal to gauge if I’m full. Most times my eyes dictate my portions so this has helped me slow down. I’ve also stopped eating after 8pm. This is extremely hard, being in NYC we’re just late. I usually don’t get to the gym until after 8pm so not eating after the gym is a struggle but instead I have some water and green tea and cry myself to sleep (jk).
Today starts a new week and A new smaller pair of jeans.
Small wins.
