Day 5 & 6 the almost all juice experiment
So The juicing is going pretty well. I don’t feel hungry, I’m not feeling like I’m missing anything, I will say having nuts and hummus and salads is helping the days but overall I drink juice in the am, make a juice to take with me for a mid morning snack and the either have almonds or hummus or a salad for lunch and then another juice mid afternoon. I’ll eat some Fish 1-2 oz or chicken with crackers before the gym and the a juice afterwards.
The thing is by focusing on 6 meals I feel like I’m always eating which is a huge help to my progress.
I had sashimi last night which I was a little worried about but I continue to lose. -5lbs so far this week!!
Tonight…boxing class. God help me.
