Day 3 of the almost all juice experiment
Day 3 was ok, berry juice in the am, a green juice mid morning and a beet/kale juice in the afternoon with a little turkey for lunch. I followed that with a little more turkey and hummus for dinner and a juice before the gym. I spinned for 30 min and did some core stuff. Overall a pretty amazing food day. Was hoping for at least a little weight loss but I got nothing. Interesting and disappointing. We’ll see what tomorrow brings.
